Simple Chicken Dum Biriyani with home made biriyani pouch!!! Marinate chicken with: Curd,Redchilli powder,turmeric,salt,dhania powder&lime juice MIx well 1 medium size onion,1medium size tomato, greenchiilies, mint Add 4cups of presoaked basmati rice,6cups of water and 1 pouch of my home made masala pouch, 2tsps of oil, salt mix well and turn the rice cooker on. Take wide pan, add sufficient oil, once heated add onions,greenchillies fry for 4mins add gg paste mix well saute for 2mins then add mint & saute for 2mins Transfer marinated chicken to the pan mix well & cook on medium for 10mins add tomato pieces mix well simmer the stove after tomatos are cooked, check the taste and adjust Now remove the masala pouch from the rice add cilantro transfer the rice to the gravy, add butter, fried onions and cilantro, close the lid and simmer for 15mins After 15mins, turn off the stove & mix well! Enjoy!!
